Section 2 - Products & Hygiene Standards

Because wigs and hair products are items of a sensitive and personal nature, all products offered on Velora are subject to strict hygiene standards.

Product Representation: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, textures, and images of our wigs. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile display will render colors with 100% accuracy.
Modifications & Availability: All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Custom Orders: Custom, tailored, or made-to-order wigs (including custom coloring or pre-cut lace requests) are subject to specific production times and are final sale once production has commenced.

Section 3 - Orders, Pricing & Modifications

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Order Errors: In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for items listed at the incorrect price.
Accuracy of Account Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Section 4 - Shipping, Cancellations & Returns

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Purchases are also subject to our specific store policies:

Cancellation Policy: Requests to cancel orders must adhere to the timeframes specified in our Order Cancellation Policy. Once an order enters our fulfillment pipeline or production (for custom items), it cannot be canceled.
Return Policy: Returned items must meet strict hygiene requirements (including uncut lace, unworn hair, and original packaging). Items returned in an unhygienic or altered state will be rejected.

Section 5 - Accuracy of Billing & Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as virtual try-on software, shade matchers, or payment portals) over which we neither monitor nor have any control or input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind.

Section 6 - User Comments, Feedback & Submissions

If you send certain specific submissions (for example, customer reviews, photo tags, or contest entries), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use in any medium any comments or content that you forward to us. We are under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence or pay compensation for any comments.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Velora and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, and employees from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
